FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are the shirts genuine?
Yes. Every shirt is a genuine, brand-new product from the original sportswear brand (such as Adidas, Nike, Puma, Castore and Umbro), bought from an established UK football-shirt retailer. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits or replicas.
Can I request to avoid specific teams or leagues?
Yes. We want you to love your jersey. At checkout, you can leave a note specifying teams, leagues, or shirt colours you do not wish to receive (e.g., "Avoid rival clubs").
What if I already own the shirt you send?
If we send a shirt that is already part of your collection, you can return it within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy, provided it is unworn and all original tags remain attached.
What is included inside the box?
Each package contains one unworn, brand-new football jersey with its original tags attached. You will also receive a detailed club history profile card and a complimentary football-themed fan accessory.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Co. Meath, Ireland, using tracked delivery. Delivery costs, free-delivery thresholds and estimated delivery times for Ireland, the UK and other destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy.
How do I select the right size?
Please order your standard clothing size. Because jerseys are made by different sportswear brands, fits can vary slightly across standard athletic profiles.
